01 — POSITION

The specialized AI education layer.

Led by 19Keys. Built to be used across programs — not to replace them.

THE ACADEMY

HIGH-LVL EDUCATION is a nonprofit service provider. The offer is an AI Skills and Economic Mobility Academy: a defined curriculum, a delivery model, and a way to prove that people learned something that moves their economic position.

19Keys is the face and the standard. The work is not a keynote. It is a repeatable academy that partners can drop into youth development, workforce, digital inclusion, reentry, entrepreneurship, and technology innovation programs.

THE STRATEGY

Best strategic position: become the specialized AI education provider used across all eight program types. Access several funding pools without administering every program.

Once the model has evidence, partners, and predictable revenue, decide whether becoming a lead organization would create additional value. That decision comes after the track record — not before it.

02 — CURRICULUM

Eight modules. One academy.

A practical path from first contact with AI to a credential and a body of work.

THE ROOM · FIRST CONTACT WITH AI THROUGH A BODY OF WORK
01

Foundational AI literacy

What AI is, what it is not, and how to use it with judgment — built for first-time learners.

02

Responsible and ethical AI use

Bias, consent, privacy, and human accountability. Tools stay in service of people.

03

Workplace productivity

Practical workflows for writing, research, operations, and daily work across industries.

04

AI-assisted job searching

Resumes, applications, interview prep, and positioning — without replacing the candidate.

05

Entrepreneurship and small business

Offers, operations, marketing, and customer systems for founders and side businesses.

06

Digital safety and misinformation

How to verify, protect accounts, and refuse the content designed to confuse.

07

Career pathways into technology

Roles, skills maps, and next steps into tech-adjacent work — not a promise of overnight jobs.

08

Portfolio projects and credentials

Work samples, certificates, and evidence partners can report to funders and employers.

03 — PROGRESSION

A strong progression. Not a shortcut.

Start as the provider. Earn the right to lead later.

  1. 01
Begin as an AI education service provider

Enter as the specialist. Do not try to administer every program. Own the curriculum, the delivery, and the outcomes that sit inside other organizations’ work.

  2. 02
Define the curriculum and delivery model

A repeatable academy: modules, facilitators, dosage, assessment, and a credential that partners can plug into youth, workforce, reentry, and entrepreneurship programs.

  3. 03
    Partner with established institutions

Nonprofits, schools, workforce agencies, libraries, and reentry programs already hold the relationships, sites, and funding. We supply the AI education layer.

  4. 04
    Document what actually happened

Attendance, skill gains, certifications, employment outcomes, and participant feedback. Evidence is the product funders buy next.

  5. 05
Build a track record across funded contracts

Several completed contracts, several geographies, several populations. Predictable delivery before any conversation about becoming a lead organization.

  6. 06
    Decide later whether to lead

Once infrastructure, demand, and revenue are real, becoming a lead organization is a choice — not a starting position.

04 — PARTNERS

Plug into institutions that already hold the room.

We bring the academy. Partners bring the people, the sites, and the contracts.

05 — EVIDENCE

What we document, because funders will ask.

Attendance, skill, credential, work, and voice — packaged for the next contract.

REC

Attendance

Who showed up, how often, and whether the dosage matched the contract.

REC

Skill gains

Pre/post measures on literacy, tool use, and applied tasks — not vanity completion rates.

REC

Certifications

Credentials partners can attach to transcripts, case files, and employer conversations.

REC

Employment outcomes

Job search activity, placements, and retention where the host program already tracks work.

REC

Participant feedback

What landed, what failed, and what people would tell the next cohort.

REC

Contract evidence

A packet funders and partners can reuse: narrative, numbers, and samples of student work.

06 — FUNDING LANES

One service. Several pools.

The academy fits under existing program categories so partners do not have to invent a new vehicle.

LANE

Youth development

AI literacy as a coming-of-age skill — not a coding bootcamp.

LANE

Workforce development

Productivity, job search, and tech-adjacent pathways inside existing employment programs.

LANE

Digital inclusion

Access plus judgment: tools, safety, and the ability to participate in an AI-shaped economy.

LANE

Reentry

Practical skills that travel with a person into work, family, and community.

LANE

Entrepreneurship

Small-business applications that raise capacity without requiring a technical staff.

LANE

Technology innovation

A serious AI education offering that funders can place under innovation without inventing a new org.
